Respecting our Florentine location, our seasonal menus are designed to reflect Tuscany’s unique gastronomic heritage and vibrant culinary culture. Artisan butchers supply the kitchen with exceptional cuts of locally-reared meats, whilst the very freshest fish are delivered straight from the Mediterranean.
To reflect the philosophy of five-star dining at its very best, La Bottega del Buon Caffè produces a large percentage of its fresh ingredients at its countryside farm and estate of Borgo Santo Pietro, located outside of Siena.
Our unique and extensive kitchen gardens provide the fresh, flavoursome and bountiful produce around which our seasonal menus are proudly created, with enough fruit and vegetables to still have enough left over to make Borgo ‘marmellate’ jams, jellies, preserves and sauces, herb gardens that provide an endless array of flavours and aromas, and honeybee apiaries for our very own delicious Tuscan honey.
