Meet Tuscany’s boutique wine labels with a degustation at L’Enoteca. Crafted with passion by artisan wine producers dedicated to faithfully reflecting the Tuscan terroir, each wine has been carefully chosen by our sommelier to bring you a unique taste of Tuscany’s diverse wine regions, highlighting specialised labels produced using traditional and often biological methods. Each session examines five different wines, ranging from an in-depth look at two of Tuscany’s most famous protagonists, Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino, to a broader overview of Sangiovese and Tuscan reds. These are served alongside a tasting platter of local cheese, cured meats and seasonal garden greens prepared by our Michelin-starred kitchen, and accompanied by our sommelier’s tales, historical accounts and explanations of how wine is produced in Tuscany.

Now you can enjoy this gastronomic experience at lunchtime with our special four-course tasting menu, including a starter, a primo, a main course and a dessert, as recommended by Chef Antonello for €80.00 per person (excluding beverages). One of Florence’s most inspiring chefs, Antonello Sardi, has been awarded a Michelin star for a second year running. This internationally recognised award pays tribute to Antonello’s commitment to exceptional cuisine with his passion for local ingredients and imaginative cooking continuing to be acknowledged by Michelin inspectors.
Creative Head Chef of award winning restaurant, La Bottega del Buon Caffé, Antonello has applied his philosophy for using the very freshest ingredients, much coming from the Tuscan farm owned by the restaurant, to create flavourful and palette popping plates of cuisine in a fine dining setting in central Florence.
Owner of the restaurant Jeanette Thottrup comments, “Antonello continues to show a passionate commitment to the dishes he creates at La Bottega del Buon Caffé and it is his creativity and authenticity that has made the restaurant continue to excel. At the heart of Antonello’s cooking is his desire to treat every single ingredient with respect and he has a genuine and natural flair for food which is clear to see in every dish he produces.”
